Every step of our journey is guided by a rigorous Project Specification. This master document translates our vision into an actionable plan, defining the precise order of operations and ensuring a seamless transition from prototype to the Farm of the Future.

Co-founder Musa Bah has already set-up a BSF farm small scale to understand the method of BSF farming.

Our next phase involves formal incorporation as a foundation, creating a dedicated entity to receive and manage the investments that will fuel our prototype development.

In order to start building fast we need fast money. We dont have time to wait for government funds, we want to start as soon as possible. Thats why we set up a crowdfunding campaign. This campaign is backed by a video that we will create to support the crowdfunding.

Most of the building materials we need are available in the Gambia. There are some things that we need to import however like sandtubes.

When the main building is finished, our next objective is to realize the Black Soldier Fly Farm, a fish nursery and a plant nursery. We build the BSF Farm before creating the prototype of our farming system beacause we need to be self sufficient in fish food.

In a medium sized building we will establish our plant nursery. The purpose of this building is to germinate seeds and pregrow babyplants until they are strong enough to be planted into the protoype.

We are ready to use the prototype. The BSF farm is producing enough food to feed our fish. All the babyplants in the nurseries have grown out to stornger plants and are ready to be planted in the grow pipes. The sandponics field will be planted. Everything is now ready to start the Farm of the Future!

We aim to scale our impact by establishing a small education center dedicated to training others through presentations and hands-on workshops.

We will create videos in which we describe every step of our farming method and share them online so other people can easily rebuild this project in their own gardens, worldwide.

We want to make it even more easy for people to start this new way of farming. We will create a small shop where people can buy all the stuff they need to start up this system. Which means: premade growpipes, tubes, valves, pond foil but also young fish and plants. We do not only provide the knowdledge to start this way of farming, we also supply the materials.
